Top 10

This last weekend, my farmer and I traveled to Atlanta Georgia for the American Farm Bureau Annual Meeting and Convention.

Last month, in December we were honored with the California Farm Bureau Achievement Award. The Achievement Award Program is designed to recognize those Young Farmers & Ranchers who have excelled in their farming/ranching operations and honed their leadership abilities to superiority. We are evaluated on a combination of farming operation growth and financial progress of operation, Farm Bureau leadership, as well as leadership outside of Farm Bureau.

After a very in depth application we made it to Atlanta and to our surprise ranked in the Top 10. It’s been 15-20 years since California Farm Bureau Federation has reached this far. We were excited to make it this far and have the tremendous opportunity to represent our state.

We were honored to place in the Top 10 of the Achievement Award at the American Farm Bureau Federation Convention.

We are grateful for all the support from our Farm Bureau Family and all our friends and family at home that helped us through the process.

Our leadership experiences have always been a blessing to our personal growth but also our farm and the continual progression of our future.
